CONCARNEAU, FRANCE - Rhode Island sailor Erica Lush completed her first qualifying race for the Solitaire du Figaro this week after competing in the Solo Guy Cotten Regatta. Aboard her vessel Hope, Lush completed the regatta’s offshore course with a time of one day 22 hours three minutes and four seconds.

CONCARNEAU, FRANCE - Rhode Island-based offshore sailor Erica Lush is making her first attempt to qualify for the prestigious Solitaire Du Figaro this weekend in the Solo Guy Cotten race in Concarneau, France. As part of her mission to create pathways for women into elite offshore sailing, Lush will be assisted in the regatta by 19-year-old Aurora Meunier Mott.
