In 2025, Erica became the third American ever to compete in "La Solitaire du Figaro"  - carving a path for more women to reach the highest tiers of offshore racing.

This elite solo racing circuit is the only one-design offshore racing circuit in the world. Because all boats are identical, athletes benefit from tight competition and efficient training at a lower budget than other classes.

 

It is a launch pad for future projects such as a Route du Rhum, and a Vendee Globe.
